Murphy heading to Mississippi to try and persuade Favre not to return to GB

There is no way that GB will let him go to the Viks and you can mark that down.

 

Will they have a choice in the end? Under league policy, you must comply with your players. If they fail to release or trade him and try to keep him on the team, he could file a grievance. Under policy, if you fail to comply with a player, you must release him. I'm not saying this will happen but its a possibility if Favre doesn't change his mind.
