That other message board kicked me out because I decided to present crazy things like fact and research in my support of Jeff Ireland. I plan on bringing well informed opinions to the board, I hope I am dealing with a more mature audience here

Welcome bro, good to have you on board. First order of business, delete that sig before the lynch mob gets ya. I don't necessarily agree with it but like Tone E said we try and maintain a level of respect for differing opinions.

I've read this forum for a long time, and due to a similar experience on another board, I have begun posting here. Lately it seems that a person who suggests that Ireland MIGHT turn out to be a solid GM is as welcome as a jet fan sometimes, but it's a good forum overall...
Welcome. Every message board has its bad eggs but this one is the best there is. Some people will still bash your informed opinions but plenty such as myself respect everyones opinion so long as they are respectful back.
Boik, that couldn't be any further from the truth. The pro Ireland crowd here is far and away bigger than the detractors. He will be embraced. Not that there's anything wrong with that. Welcome!
So FinHeaven thinks IRISH is a jerk? I must revisit them. Glad to hear they have turned things around.
Hello everyone, i too have moved on from FinHeadache. Seems i'm a little late, as i'm realizing where all my favorite posters went 5 years ago. I clashed with the mods after they started being classless, openly calling posters dbags or homos..... I told them they were embarassing the site and setting the wrong examples, that they make the owner look bad, yadda yadda, etc. They ofcourse spun it as an attack, as apposed to what it was, and banned me for trolling (after 9 years of quality posting). Ofcourse, if your not shelling out $ to their site, your expendable. The point of views on this site are refreshing..... i recognize alot of the names here as some of the more mature posters from FH's early days. Looking forward to moving into my new home. thePhins.com actually deserves donations and i plan to help this community grow.
Thanks guys, my name on FH was actually always AirChambers84... Changed it recently to hybridPhin but I don't care to visit there much more.. It became useless to defend the mods anymore. There's some posters I may miss but upon first glance of these boards I knew I'd found the right place. The first thread I ever clicked was the "say a prayer for a fellow board member"...
I'm not a fan of Irish/Ross. But everyone is entitled to their opinion. Dont force someone to vomit rainbows and **** sunshine and we'll be good.
Just moved over here from FH. Their site is starting to go downhill quick. Last few months it's just been one thing after the other. Hoping this site provides quality and REALISTIC opinions. Some of the views over there of off the wall. Anyways,
I can confirm this, there site is near dead anyways because no one is allowed to have an opinion if the mods dont agree to it and the owner doesnt seem to care about what is going on anymore. If the mods dont agree with your opinion they will tell you to what to post, kind of like a dictatorship. You dont have to break rules overthere, if the mods dont agree with your opinion your gone.
Just curious , why did you have to wait to be kicked off before coming here, also, you don't have to hope, that's quite Insulting to the quality of this board if you ask me..I'm sure everyone lurks before they cross over or post...
I would have welcomed you sooner but I was away and my posts were scarce for the last week...better late then never I guess; welcome. The only thing we ask is that you follow the Terms of Service or be rude or disruptive. You'll notice some similarities in the boards in terms of style and forums since Muck and Celtkin (Owners/Founders of this board) did a lot of the grunt work on the other one a long some staff members. Most of the long time members of this board were at FH too for a long time.
I followed the rules on FH and respected all posters. I got banned for, the specific reason being "annoyance" , claims i went off topic on one thread which i did not , an admin pm'ed me threats in a rude way and we clashed after that. The guy had it out for me for awhile, one thing i wont put up with on any message board is abusive ego inflated admins who themselves dont follow the rules of the forums. The site owner who doesnt seem to care about anything other than asking or begging new members for donations, than banning them the moment they critisize the way things are being run after receving his donations..(yes i was a donator) So as long as we dont have any of those on here i think im good.
