Adamp had a nice mock and I haven't thrown one up in a while.

This one operates under the premise that Sparano will focus on talented offensive players later in the draft:

#1. Terrence Cody ...big boy who could fill the planetary theory.
#2. Jason Worilds...VT player who has good all around game
#3. Roderick Muckelroy Lb could play inside or outside
#4. Terrel Hudgins Wr from a small college, fascinating player.
#6. Andrian Tracy lb/de good small school prospect
#6. Brandon Gilbeaux DT from Delaware began at Syracuse
#7. Kelvin Rodgers Cb who returns kicks
#7 Matt Marcorelle DE/OLB...I don't have to say it do I..?
#7 Billy Cundiff Qb per Ron Wolf...take one in every draft

    UDFA's:

    John Fletcher OLB/DE/DT Wyoming
AJ Jackson Te/Wr/HBack CA U of PA
    Kevin Matthews G/C Tx A&M

I'll give you mad props for being bold in saying McCoy drops. He has to be the pick if he does. Like the Worilds pick also. With the phins coaching the senior bowl i wonder if they would pick 2 underclassmen on day one.

The way I'm approaching this one, we go NT at #12, meaning Cody, Williams, McCoy, any one of the three it they are on the board we pull the trigger.

It also assumes Dmitri Tsoumpas sticks with the Dolphins as a G/T backup.

This particular draft class is remarkably shallow at ILB, we could easily take downgraded prospects like Micah Johnson or Jamar Chaney.

And I really like the Hudgins pick.

Odds are McCoy won't be there at 12 and Terrance Cody and Dan Williams are playing in the senior bowl so I'm sure the staff will be working with them alot to see if they fit.

Mccoy isn't going to drop to us. And even if he does, can he play NT?

He's a five technique IMO. Reminiscent of Richard Seymour.

Pretty much whomever, that is the way it goes with NT's it doesn't really matter the "who" it matters if they can stay healthy and force double teams.

    Yay! Double teams...exciting stuff that...

you are the only one i know who's mentioned adrian tracy! i like that guy as a prospect. he's the william and mary guy right? mccoy if he was avialble would be awesome pick. i think he's top 5 but we'll see. i like picks 2 and 3 though i havent seen enough of both yet. not a fan of hudgins. dont think he'll translate to the nfl. dont know enough about the rest of the picks. dont follow the samll schools as much as you :up:

Mayock stated he wasn't sure if he won't have McCoy ahead of Suh for what it's worth.

Hmm, i've heard that it was Cody over Suh?

Either way, the cat I think we will have a shot at is the fat boy from Alabama.

He may have said that about Mt.Cody, I have not heard that. He did tell Joe Rose on Joe's show that he wasn't sure he would not have McCoy ahead of Suh , again for what it's worth .

The opinions on Cody seem to be all over the map. A number of people don't think he'll go too high because he has the perception as being a 2 down player with consistency issues. I've seen a number of mocks that have him sliding to the 2nd round. It'll be interesting what the coaching staff sees (or doesn't see) in him Senior Bowl week.

Well, "if" NT is the key to the 3-4, then why take a single chance on not having he right guy to play it?

Dont know about Solia, he is wildly inconsistent, he can look great on one play, or look like a rookie from Upper Ontario Technical Institute the next.

And how embarassing for myself, I mixed Gerald McCoy with Terrence Cody, I think it is the helmets that threw me off track, Alabama and OU's helmets are similar and they have Scottish/Irish surnames so when I picture them in the noggin I get them mixed up.
