PHOENIX, Arizona (AFP) – Former heavyweight world champion Mike Tyson's four-year-old daughter died on Tuesday, a day after accidentally catching her neck in a cord on a treadmill at her home, police said. Exodus Tyson had been hospitalized on life support since Monday, when she was found with her neck wrapped in a cable of the exercise machine by her seven-year-old brother. http://news.yahoo.com/s/afp/20090527/en_afp/boxusatysondaughter_20090527113459 That's too bad, Tyson's life keeps going from bad to worse.
I'm assuming the cord that their talking about is one of the ones that clip onto your clothing as an emergency stop for the treadmill? Horrible story either way.
She was only 4 so it could of def been long enough to be what did it. Idk what other cord there would be.
I don't care who you are, I would never wish this horrendous tragedy to ANYONE. My thoughts are with the Tyson family.
This happening to a normal person is more than enough to send them off the deep end. I don't even wana know what something like this is going to do to someone who's as unstable as Tyson is.
ESPN put this AP article up about Exodus' death Granted, I know this is an AP article, but ESPN should have either taken the time to consider the entire article before posting it, edit it out, or write an article for themselves. This was a classless article. The death of his daughter was almost an afterthought. The majority of the article was spent talking about Tyson's past. I found it classless and totally tasteless. May God be with Mike and his family during this tragic time. http://sports.espn.go.com/sports/boxing/news/story?id=4210305
