Up-tempo not only = better player conditioning/stamina but expedites the memory/muscle memory process thanks to an increased number of reps. It's so cliche' but I seriously can't wait for this season to get underway.
It was really cool. They had the 1's and 2's going simultaniously. Made it hard to keep up with both groups, but besides the lazy *** kickers... no one else was ever standing around thoughout the day. Always working...
It's nice because opposed to a rook getting around 15 to 18 snaps per day they get around 40, good for our young receivers so they can show what they got.
Yep. It's like a book. You can spend 2 weeks reading one or you can simply pick up the pace and finish it in a week.
The unsaid of all of this is the offense is being rebuilt and all of those players are being evaluated.
Seriously, I think its Fundamentals + rhythm + repetition = I have no idea......lol, I don't know how to conceptualize what they think is going to translate that will make this a groundbreaking method...All I know is we are going to be cardiovascular machines out there, and maybe football plays near the end of the game are impacted directly by that condition, where it makes up for the inches that can determine wins or losses. The body is becoming the weapon...maybe.
