    Folks,
How can I forward any emails I receive from a Microsoft Outlook account into my Mac account? In other words, I am horrible about checking a specific email account at the college where I teach. I would like any emails that I receive on the Outlook to be automatically sent either to my Mac account or my Gmail account. It is a web based microsoft outlook

Can any of the techies here help me, please?

    Thanks!

    Not sure I understand Raul.

If email is being sent to a particular Email account, it shouldnt matter what software you use to open it. That is, you are not talking about different accounts but actually how you are viewing the emails...right?

    Kenny,
I need the web based Outlook from one account automatically forwarded to my Mac account or Gmail. In other words if I forget to check the web based outlook account, I don't have to worry because it was forwarded to my Mac or Gmail account.

Uh-oh ... your Outlook is on a Web server? That might make thinks considerably trickier. I don't know if you can access rules on Outlook's Web exchange.
