I'm not going to condemn him until I see actual evidence relating to WHY he is a suspect. Alright NVM that's pretty black and white in the article. Also makes it very easy to determine innocence/guilt since they have the presumed weapon.
This strikes pretty close to home. Whoever is guilty of this, I hope they lock them up and throw away the key. I don't care whose brother he is, he's a monster.
I don't think anyone here is saying he did or did not do it. That is the domain of DC law enforcement. Whoever did do it is twisted and I hope they catch and prosecute the punk to the fullest. If it turns out to be him fine, if not, even better, but they need to catch the whoever is doing this.
