well I hope I atleast average 35 on kickoffs and 25 on punts. Set the offense up with great field position. Zeke I think its a great idea to rotate guys in at PR/KR

no thats correct. They wanted to give the new guys who signed into the league later on a chance by not letting people get xp in the playoffs. The reasoning I believe is that a person who came in late probably got stuck on a crappy team. All the good teams who made the playoffs have been around a while, and it wouldnt be fair to let the top players on those teams keep gaining game xp and widening the gap between the lesser players from people who signed up late. I think they are only doing it for the first season though.
