Good story on Williams here: http://www.nola.com/sugarbowl/index.ssf/2011/01/arkansas_dj_williams_inspires.html And the original ESPN article from a year ago here: http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/news/story?id=4226688
He would seem to be a nice fit with Fasano as an H-back type of TE, but he might be a guy we'd have to move back into the 2nd in order to grab.
Not sure what his numbers are, as I'm on my phone, but on his tape he doesn't strike me as Dwight Clark fast. He reminds me a lot of Dustin Keller. That's not necessarily terrible, if you are snagging them in the 3rd round. That's especially true if you already have a capable tight end in Fasano. I see no reason to think he wouldn't add a new dimension to our offense in the mold of David Martin circa 2009. He's a seam buster who can stretch the back side of defenses the way you would want out if an h-back.
