Also if you trade back for Fleener you acquire at least another third rounder but possibly a second. At that slot you can try and acquire a FS if you see value or possibly even another WR.

IMO, the chances of Fleener having a Gronk/Graham level of impact are high enough, I'd be fine with taking him at 8th overall. Then take a QB in the 2nd, Osweiler, Weeden, Cousins, whomever is best available, then take 2 WRs in the 3rd and my favorite choices of who I guess will be available are Marvin Jones and Joe Adams.
