The man seems to be a good human being and he has created a culture for the organization that walks the walk. Not just charitably he actually works to uplift the community from within, his RISE foundation does really good stuff. Part of the reason for their high rating in the player survey recently as well. It feels good to be a fan of this team on levels beyond the football fields.
Hear hear !!! I don’t care how some folks think about Ross He changed the ultimate cancer for our franchise and I will always be grateful. Joe Robbie stadium, into the Rock. It’s no confidence since the renovations our home record is outstanding
Reminds me of the 80's 49ers dynasty when DeBartalo still owned the team. Everything had to be first class, the facilities the cafeteria the weight room the press room. The staff down to the ticket sellers and the janitors got paid well and treated better. Players wanted to play there, professionals wanted to work there and it led to their continued success.
