It was posted earlier that BP wanted Zach and Jason back next year so, I have to assume that Zach is either playing around or, more likely, that he has decided to retire. That's not to say that he won't change his mind after he has had some rest and a few beers.
I think I mentioned this before but I read somewhere that the NFL is prepared to intervene if he decides to continue playing. How can they do that if they didn't do it with Teddy Bruschi after his stroke or Wayne Chrebet after his concussions. I'm confused.
Who is to say that all the players don't do the same thing every year! I mean the Marlins still play there and maybe they have their own sign posts for their spots. I am not sure, but I don't think there is a parking lot for the football team and a lot for the baseball team, is there? Damn media starting stuff again is all this is!!!
I think this is a missunderstanding. Look at the Hyde video....he says "the season's over, all the name plates have been taken off the lockers......" This seems like the same thing, Zach taking the "name plate" off his parking space. Doesn't mean a thing, IMO.
Zach gone??? I saw the video in the Cameron article about him removing his parking post. Does anyone have any info on what this is about?
Maybe he likes parking spot signs? Maybe he just retired in his own mind etc. i don't know what it means, it might mean nothing at all.
Everyone believes it was just Zach playing around. http://www.celtkin.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1973&highlight=Zach+Thomas
Yeah, I know it might mean nothing. It just seemed kind of odd that he did that. Plus there was no thread discussing it so I figured i'd start it.
