Not rushing, but a lot of passing concepts. I think a lot of concepts used with the slot receiver position they picked up from Meyer. I think now its a mix of that and a lot of air raid concepts.

I could be wrong but I kinda assumed they were bringing him in as goal line/short yardage guy. How do you think they will utilize him?

Same as you. Short yardage mostly. He's one of the best short yardage runners in the league. I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up being the backup QB though. I think he's a better QB than he gets credit for, mainly because he's such a good runner and never turns the ball over.

If Belichick can make him look good he will flip him for a pick.

I think they're bringing him in as the 3rd string QB that can simulate the read option for the scout team.

He's a beast w/ the short yardage stuff but I think he's a horrible backup QB (for most teams) b/c he can't run the same offense as the starting QB.

Maybe that's why I don't hate the guy yet, I haven't heard his views on subjects like abortion and whether or not he feels like being gay is a choice..once I hear someone tell me that it's a choice I kinda know what I'm dealing with if you know what I'm saying.

It's a really interesting topic, the whole reuniting with josh Mcdaniels, there is just no way of justifying taking Brady off the field, he must of looked at Belicek in the eye and said I wanna play fullback coach and knock the poopie out of people..( see what I did there)

It is well established that Tebow has a poor football IQ. So how could he pick up Bellichick's system?

Should be real interesting to see how he they use his skillset with Brady on the team, my gut tells me he had a heart to heart with Belicek and he told him he's ready to be a fullback..there's just no logic in taking Brady off the field so..

thing is, in a pinch Josh mcdaniels can run that system if need be, he designed one specifically for tebow, it's in his Rolodex.

I'm sure he knows mcdaniel's system. And as someone on pg. 1 pointed out, he's a camp body at worst. If thy can get something out of him in the future, why not? It's not like anyone believes he's replacing Brady.

The zone read was a small part of what UF did under Meyer. The spread concepts the Pats use were a big part of what BB learned from Meyer.

Wouldn't put it passed BB to have Tebow come in against someone (Jets) and rub salt in the wound. We all remember the Wes Welker PAT.

Totally loving Sharper at the end, calling the media and Heath out on thinking anything the Pats do is perfect and correct.

Bill Belicek understands that there's more to the game then just X's and O's...and he's smarter then the media.

Rex Ryan's reaction is so predictable, the man who hadn't a clue how to devise a gameplan that had the zone read option involved says " well, if they replace Tom Brady with him I'm good with that"..what an idiot, he doesn't even realize how stupid he looks..good for us..

    Tebow a Patriot

"It is plausible that Belichick could help mold Tebow into a viable quarterback, build a special package of plays for him or develop him at another position. At 25, the notion of a position change remains realistic."

    http://www.palmbeachpost.com/news/s...-tebow-signs-with-new-england-patriots/nYHJG/

when Belichick speaks/acts, people pay attention to the best head coach in the NFL... so much for the nay-Sayers & Canadian league enthusiasts . reactions? comments?

Reporter, what's your reaction to tebow praying in the tebow pose after a score?
