Prosciutto is the ****!!! Try some with your eggs for breakfast too. Those Italians will eat it at any meal and I can't blame them. I fell in love with it while over there, but it will dent the wallet at the delis stateside.
Chopped garlic, red onions, crushed red pepper, salt to taste and pepper with a couple of capers in a sauce pan. Brown it. get slightly boiled Asparagus spears and drop them in...just a light coat....with some al dente linguine, and some nice veal flank on the grill. Yummy.

I grill mine on the bbq...brush them with olive oil,season with lemon-pepper and when done top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese..goes great with steaks.
