Yup, pretty boy Floyd will announce his return tomorrow with a fight against Juan Manuel Marquez.

They're going to fight at 144 pounds. Mayweather wanted 145, so he gets what he wants and Marquez comes up 9 pounds.

And naturally, this puts us closer to a Pacquiao-Mayweather fight after that.

I didn't know this, but apparently 'Money' Mayweather also has problems with the IRS.

I figured he'd come back. Just thought he'd wait for Pacquiao to make it a bigger event.

The sentiment at the bar I was at was the exact opposite. Everyone was all glad they watched it.

    Awesome.

Then again we're paying a $10 cover to see the fight rather than $54.95.

I don't care for Mayweather and can't wait for that fight to be made.

I knew Hatton had no chance. I was thinking he might of lasted a few more rounds though. I wonder what Roger and Floyd Sr. have to say about this one. They both talked a big game on 24/7.

I can't wait for Pacquiao to re-retire Mayweather.

It was so unfair, it was ridiculous. We had the fight on, I didnt' pay for it of course. but that fight was quick man.

We had a pool going on, and my buddy who had the 2nd round was sitting there thinking he lost, and it appeared so, until 8 seconds left and that nasty left hook and it was over. Won $400 with that one left hook.

Roach said it wouldn't go more than 3 rounds. I kinda felt the same. We got another round of beers before the bell, and I was like, "I hope we get to finish these before it's over."

Floyd will have roughly the same height advantage he has over Marquez. Did you see them doing the stare-down? Looks like a 7th grader about to fight an 10th grader. Will be interesting to see if either man has trouble punching a little higher. Pacquiao had no trouble hitting Oscar, but Oscar couldn't get out of the way. Floyd is much more elusive.

YES! Marquez is a good boxer, but i doubt he hangs with Floyd. HOPEFULLY, this sets up a fight between Floyd and PacMan.

and how i loved watching PacMan knock out Hatton quick, i think Hatton is a highly overrated Boxer, others disagreed, i won money. and we all threw in money and drew rounds, i had round 1! damn i was so close to winning pool!

as for Floyd and Manny, im going to say it now..

hattons a good boxer imo. I don't think he's overrated at all. He shouldn't have gone toe to toe with pac man, pac man is too damn quick and is a great puncher. I think hatton would have been better off letting pac man pursue him and then hoping for the over pursue like what pac man did a little in round 2. My moneys on mayweather.

Hatton isn't smart enough to fight really skilled fighters, IMO.

He has no defense or speed. He goes back to brawling as soon as he gets hit.

fair enough, I don't know about his intelligence, but I do know he's not a bad boxer in any sense of the word. I think what people are missing is pac man is a good boxer, possibly great. I'm hoping he fights marquez and meathweather. It could be the same as sugar ray leanord vs tommy hearns vs marvin hagler vs roberto duran. Some classic match ups.
