I am not well-versed in all the stuff scouts look at when it comes to QBs. I don't know how to criticize footwork and release point and all that stuff. However, that Matt Barkley looks like an NFL-ready QB to me. The dude really knows how to run an offense and it looks like he can make all the throws. He looked amazing yesterday.
