Good point, on the radio the DJ the other day was saying the samething. He put into perspective that there are hundreds if not thousands of people just like this guy planning the same exact thing; some sort of random senseless violence that impacts many innocent people..... Whether or not they follow through remains to be seen, but the point is you have to live your life..... pack heat as well...
This is exactly where we fail in the justice system. Scores or psychotic losers are getting hard watching this scumbag rise to superstardom. What a joke. He should be scalped, and skinned alive, slowly. And it should be broadcasted on every major network...with the message, "this is what will happen to you too wormser."
Never believed in an eye for an eye. However, I agree with Seth that the notoriety this guy is getting will only entice others to do similarly scaled attacks. Don't show his image, lock him up, or give him the death penalty and get it over with.
Simple question in this whole thing.....as the stories are start to come out painting a clear picture.... A) Why were there what seemed to be so many 10 year olds and under there? To a midnight show? Who lets their kids go out AT midnight? B) You are starting to see all this copycat crap, basically weak dude going to kill their bosses, and ex's because they watched Batman....alot of these "copycats" are getting stopped with an arsenal of guns, even Holmes...had a massive amount of guns and ammo....Why? Batman doesn't use guns? Does Bain? The movies have alot of fictitious fire, so why isnt anybody copying say Act of Valor...which is basically govt sanctioned mass murder? this guy...... had THIS!!!!!! btw, the Maine State Police just received some pretty nice new rifles.....
The sister of my buddy's girlfriend was in the very theater in which this maniac opened fire. She saw it happen. Not sure how she got out unharmed. When I talked to her Saturday night, she said she still hadn't spoken to her sister. The girl was still shaken up and wasn't answering calls.
It's Batman, and it's Summer. I don't see the problem with parents taking their kids to see the midnight premiere.
10 years old and under? Really? the youngest girl was 6 That we know of....that is a little young IMO...
Its PG 13... What could a 6 year old really gain by going to this movie ecspecailly at midnight..other than saving her dumb *** parents $20 on a babysitter. I have an 8 year old and no fkin way would I take her to see the movie, let alone midnight.
