Reuters - Mark Dominik is out of a job. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers General Manager has been terminated late this evening, sources learned. In Dominik's first year as GM he brought in a lot of talent, but that failed to translate to wins on the football field, as the Bucs fought for most of the season, but just didn't win a lot of ball games. Dominik was escorted out of team headquarters in the midst of a freak thunderstorm, complete with dangerous lightning. While the rumors in recent days have been swirling around first-year head coach Raheem Morris, the Dominik firing came as a surprise to folks close to the situations. A replacement has not been named, though a source hinted that could change soon. In unrelated news, there have been similar reports of freak lightning storms off the coast of Norway.
