I really like Manningham, conisdering I've watched every game he's played in college here liiving in Michigan. I think the guy is going to be a productive NFL WR. He was picked in the third round mainly becuase of his failed drug test, so let's hope he can stay clean and stay on the field.

I'm also interested to see how Andre Woodson's career will turn out. His stock fell a lot last year, when Kentucky started to play poorly. Drafting him in the sixth round, for someone that has shown glimpses of being a very good QB, might pay off.

Couldnt agree with you more. His low wonderlic score, and his failed drug test are what hurt him in the draft. The kid is a talented receiver though, too bad we couldnt pair him up here with Chad and Jake this year, but the Giants will soon found out, they got themselves a heck of a WR and a heck of a steal with that 3rd round pick

Plax, Toomer, Shockey, Boss, Moss, Tyree, and now Manningham... That's a very good WR core.

Eli needs all the help he can get!

Plax and Toomer are gettin up there in age though, so its quite obvious Manningham was chosen to be the replacement, and probably the future #1 guy in NY

Yeah, but after what Eli showed me in the Super Bowl, I think he'll be fine now. I think the Giants will make another run deep into the playoffs this year again, maybe not the Super Bowl, but they'll have a run.

I'd have to agree with that. I was just joking about Eli! He really showed that he can be a quality NFL starting QB last year. :hi5:

    Oh gotcha!

Yeah, I deffinitly think the Giants could be just as good, if not better than they were last year.

They just need the ball to keep bouncing their way all post-season like it did last year.

Don't count out Steve Smith. He showed good hands in the playoffs.
