A man with at least 19 driver's license suspensions has been arrested in connection with an October, 2009 hit and run crash in Pompano Beach that killed one man and injured another.
Paul H. Paraison, 28, of Pompano Beach was arrested Monday after a traffic stop along the 1200 block of N. Federal Highway. According to the Broward Sheriff's Office, a deputy stopped a Ford Expedition which had no visible license plate and its driver was unable to produce a driver's license. The motorist was later identified as Paraison who was wanted in connection with the October 16, 2009 fatal crash, according to BSO...

oof. i've seen people with 5 or 6 suspensions.. but 19? wow. fool deserves to be locked up

Tell me how in the hell this guy, at only 28 years old, was able to have his license re-instated...what? 18 times in 10 years?

I truly believe that we need to hit rock-bottom as a nation before anything gets any better.
And in that process, there needs to be a period of lawlessness in which we get a chance to rid the planet of scumbags like this for good.
It's the only way; there's too many of them and they aren't dying out naturally, but killing innocents in the meantime.

These people can always be rehabilitaed.
