Well, it looks the same to me. Probably gonna be full of BS locked animations, no gang tackling (try and tackle a player already in a being tackled animation and you fly right off of them), etc. TRAILER: http://www.gametrailers.com/video/debut-trailer-madden-nfl/713403 GAMEPLAY SIZZLE: http://www.gametrailers.com/video/debut-gameplay-madden-nfl/713405 But hey, what else did we expect right?
Didn't they say that for last year too? Instead only two can engage one ball carrier at once, if you get there early enough?
Expecting improvements from a game that has zero competition is probably setting yourself up for heartache. I promised myself I wouldn't spend money on Madden this year and I'm hoping to hold true to that promise. I've spent less than 4 hours total playing the last 4 madden games I've purchased or received as gifts.
Good to see our MVP in one of the videos. Spoiler Skipped '11 but hope to get '12 and have fun with it.
If it follows NCAA, it won't be the same [locked] animations as before. They (NCAA devs) said it was all being redone.
I'm going to wait and see actual gameplay before shelling out another 60. Refuse to pay for pre-game and cutaway animations again.
I'm not a college game guy, but liked what they did with the NCAA game last year. Could this be the year I breakdown and buy Madden new (instead of used or not at all)? I'm not expecting perfection, just a solid game that is fun to play for more than an hour.
