    Fri, 2 May 2008 07:24:31 -0700

ESPN.com reports Louisiana State University said Friday, May 2, that head coach Les Miles kicked QB Ryan Perrilloux off the team. Perrilloux, who had been suspended three times in his college career, "didn't fulfill his obligation as an LSU student-athlete," Miles said. He did not offer details. Louisiana State added that Perrilloux is expected to finish out the spring semester at the school.

    Again?

Looks like it might be permanent this time. If so, LSU is REALLY hurting at QB for next season.

Just saw this news. All the talent in the world. I thought this kid was going to be something special. Hopefully kicking him off the team will give him a dose of reality. Here's hoping he grows up and matures and gets his life back in order.

thats too bad for him. He had alot of talent. Too bad he couldn't grow up and realize that you cant just do whatever you feel like it because you're talented, and a football player...

God what a dumbass. Good for LSU.

I think now it boils down to Florida and Georgia for the SEC.

No surprise. Kind of been waiting for this for some time now. Miles will cave again and let him back.

He had so much talent and now it has all almost gone. People are rarely born with that kind of talent and I can't believe he throws it away like that.

Definitely a waste of talent, but I have a hard time feeling bad for the kid. He is EXTREMELY arrogant, not only did he say he'd win 4 straight Heismans, when he didn't even get his first start til the end of his sophomore season and only then because of injury, but he obviously doesn't think the rules apply to him so IMO he got what he deserved.

Wow... Can't say I am too surprised. I kept hearing he was not really following all the rules. All the teams in the West just licked their chops!

I agree, I think Auburn could surprise some people this coming season. Their new QB looked solid in their bowl game now that they are running the spread. They lost a couple studs but should be able to reload. Bama should be tough as well.
