I already set Good Morning America to record tomorrow morning to see the other two endings. Hope I don't like one of them more. That would have been quite a twist, although I wouldn't be surprised if that happens with Locke if they take him back.
Yeah that was kinda creepy. I was thinking maybe Ben and Locke are working together to bring everyone back so no one in the outside world no anything about the island. Plus Sun could be in on it going after Widmore. Best show ever!
Eh I still like Lost but I feel like it's more sci-fi now and a bit unrealistic with the time travel and moving the island. I liked the episode. Thought it was obvious that Locke would be in the casket once Ben showed up. Interested to see what they do next season.
I'm guessing the other endings are just a different person in the casket (most likely Ben) and maybe someone else dying (like Sawyer) by saving the '6'.
Has anyone gone to http://www.octagonglobalrecruiting.com/ the TV commercial right before the end of the show.. Pretty interesting...
Someone tell me what the alternate endings are. I'm not recording GMA just for that. Wow. What a mind****.
Yeah as soon as I saw that I was like theres another LOST commercial, they haven't done that in awhile.
mind**** yes... as much of a mind**** as last year, no... what happened to the boat that had the random survivors on it and the scientist guy from the freighter (forgetting his name) trying to get to the freighter? they obviously didn't get there before it blew up, and they didn't get back to the island before it vanished right? i think Jin is alive, because the island has roles for everyone... and you saw how ghost Christian showed up to tell Michael he can go now right before he died, but nothing was said to Jin... i think he jumped off the ship and maybe the little boat picked him up... good episode.... leaves obviously a billion more questions, what bad things still happened on the island after the 6 got off? who is causing them? is it still Widmore? where will the island show up? did it actually move to a different spot, or did it move in time?
Some other things I was thinking about...... The timeline really jumps, took them 4 seasons to show the 100 or so days it took them to get off the island, yet the flash forwards were 3 years after they left? Should be interesting to see how fast things move in the final two seasons. Moving the island must send the "mover" somewhere else in time. Ben had the same outfit on and had just cut himself when he showed up in that desert a couple episodes ago. Something major must have happened for Locke to leave the island, either that or the island wanted him to bring back everyone that left, but why would the island let them leave then in the first place? Miles and Charlotte's conversation was VERY interesting. Was Charlotte born on the island? Is Jack the other person that Sun holds responsible for Jin's death? (Other than her father) She mentioned there were two people responsible when she talked to Widmore.
yeah Miles knows something, as does Charlotte... and yeah i remembered the same thing about when Ben ended up in the desert, that he was wearing the same thing... the question is did he move in time? or did he just move to another place? the thing i think is that the island didn't move at all... it just flashed to another time... remember in the orientation video how he said he was gonna move the rabbit 100ms ahead in time so it will look like he flashes... so they moved the island whatever amount of time ahead of time and it makes it disappear for a while then come back.... but i dont know what the point of that was when the freighter was destroyed, Keemy was dead, and there was no more threat... at that point they could have just kept the island there... the Oceanic six would have never left the island and all would be well on island land... the only other thing was possibly Penny's boat, but she wouldn't have found the island because of all that bearing business... i dont know, long wait to find out... stupid tv shows and their long breaks...
Only problem with that is that the island had been found already. If they hadn't "moved" it, Widmore would still know where it is and send more people.
1) Yeah it seems Ben was flung foward in time after he moved the Island, and didn Sayid say that He commited suicide? 2)Maybe Locke was trying to get the Oceanic 6 back to the Island? 3) That would explain why she was looking for Dharma artifacts. 4) He could be. I hope we see more of Desmond and Walt in the next few seasons. I dont think he'll like the fact that Ben is or was planning on killing Penny What about Ladipus? Ishe just gonna keep quiet? At least the O6 were paettly telling the truth when they said there were originally 8 of them. It sucks that Michael, Locke( He will) and Jin died but oh well. I thought It was a very good episode, not as good as last year's but still very solid
To Motion: maybe not if they were never able to tell him they found it... but i guess we'll find out (hopefully) another thing is how did Locke get off the island, did he have to move it again and thats how he was on the main land?
check, check, check, check and check She said dont bring Aaron back, but it looks like that has to happen accoding to Ben They love the viral wesbite crap
Annie. My thought to. Was the little girl a ginger? Odd since Ben tried to gank her. I love this finale. Last years twist was better, bur this finale was way better relative to story, action, etc... It was like a movie. Oh yeah... Best.Line.Ever. "...So." Love Ben. I'm so glad tptb kept Emerson.
We already know Widmore knew where it was. How do you think he knew where to send the ship? Plus he knew his men killed Ben's daughter when Ben went to visit him in the middle of the night.
The writers were just so in the zone ALL SEASON. And starting the finale with the end of last season = brilliance.
I'm thoroughly confused now. Now I gotta rewatch it again just to see what was said about Jemery, whether he was here, there, people talking to him. I wonder how he died. Also, where did that name come from? We just saw 2 weeks ago in Locke's flashback that he as called John even as a kid. WTF? Sometimes I just want to quit watching this show so my mind quits working overtime trying to figure it out. But I'm hooked
He couldn't come back and use his real name after the Oceanic 6 told the whole world everyone else died. Plus I'm sure there was a VERY IMPORTANT reason he left the island.
No Annie wasn't a ginger. I don't think the ages match up either. I know there is a time/age issue but Charlotte and Ben look a good 10+ years apart age wise. Who knows though.
Ohhhh I couldnt make out what he said, it sounded like Ben, but too many people were talking in the room so I wasnt sure. Oh and look what I found on Lostpedia:
HP has a right to be bitter, IMO. I agree with almost everything. There was no point in bringing Michaael back, for what was essentially a 3 episode part. Can't blame the guy for being upset they killed him. I'm just dissapointed they wasted a great actor like that... I'm sure all of you know how I feel about Kate and Jack (Worthless, both of them). And yet, you just dump HP? If Jin is alive, I'll be very much annoyed. Also, Jin (the actor who plays him) got a DUI.... Now he might be dead. It's like 3/3 or something, right? 1. Yes, it was odd that Ben appeared so deep into the future. I'll have to re watch that episode, I forget what Ben does when he lands in Iraq. Maybe he waited awhile beofre striking... That's the only other possibility.
The alternate endings were supposedly just different people in the coffin, and both were fakes so that the real ending was unknown after the major leak last season.
