Looking for some ecommerce advice

I've fallen into a huge pile of ECig products and Ebay does not allow the sale of them

Plan is to use wordpress to start a site to sell them however a google search is keyword bombed to death

Anyone have any advice or experience dealing with the WP platform from a biz pov?
