If Chad Johnson does get cut....what about Lee Evans who was just released? IMO could fill the void we need right now!!
We have depth, we don't need washed up guys on this team anymore. Chad was an exception in my head for some reason, if he stays, which he should because he is innocent, then I would be glad, if not we should stick with what we have
Was just a random thought as I saw on ESPN that Evans was released and they showed Johnson's mug shot every 10 min. I agree I think he is innocent since he is not the typical media attraction like Marshall was, not to metion his wife has been known for psycho moments. Needless to say I hope he Chad makes the team.
311 receiving yards without Chad catching the ball in the first game. What you should be looking at is our piss poor secondary right now that is much worse then our WR unit.
There is honestly nobody out there that brings value to a team. There might be in a couple of weeks. But right now you just go with who you have on the roster.
While I talk about developing youth at wr, I expect Ireland to bring in one or two guys off other rosters. I just hope they are young and can be developed as well.
Bills/Ravens/Jags all let him walk out of the building, chances are good he is cooked. Still fairly young but suspect his knees are shot.
