Because she comes across, from what I've seen and heard, as a total b****. I don't see where sexism comes into play at all, if a man was doing her job and acted like that, the male version of that term would be to call him a total a**h***
As to your comment about her football knowledge, who knows how knowledgeable she is and if it even matters. She's on the business side of it, contracts and I would imagine salary cap, etc. not aspects directly tied to the game on the field.
And to be clear about it, my opinion is based on what I've read about her and particularly on Hard Knocks. I found her to be distasteful, rude and obnoxious, and if I were a free agent thinking about coming to Miami or staying in Miami, she'd be a small net negative in the decision making process, not a net positive. Tough negotiator, I'll give her credit for that, but the overriding thought for me was, what a b****.

I believe she worked in the league office previously (Labor Dept. IIRC) before her stints with the Browns and Dolphins.
