Well I have a Dell Inspiron 9300 laptop and my AC adapter has died. The ac adapter for the 9300 is notorious for being made like pure crap and its true as my laptop is 3 years old and this will be my second adapter. So here is the question does anyone know where I can get cheap ac adapters preferably a universal ac adapter so I can move away from the Inspiron 9300 adapter but even finding a cheap one of them would suffice. I have tried Tigerdirect and found an universal adapter for $49.99 where the usual 9300 is $69.99 from Dell and its got good ratings but I would like to ask you guys opinion on finding an ac adapter. Summary: "Where can I find good cheap (preferably universal) ac adapter for a Dell Inspiron 9300 laptop?"
Believe me, I know all about the bad 9300 90W AC adapters from working at the student tech store. The Tigerdirect deal is a pretty good one. You can also try newegg as I believe I've seen a universal one for $35. Local stores like Frys or Frys.com sometime have great deals.
