I'd not been all that high on Kory Sheets...his mouth was bigger than his talent. But I will say it's interesting that he got cut now, after he looked much better against Carolina than he had against Atlanta. The timing seems more linked with the goal line impotence that the running game showed, than it does Sheets himself.
Yep; I think it finally dawned on them that however good they expect him to be, Thomas is a rookie and has a little ways to go yet to be productive; and even if he suddenly gets it, he's still a rook and will hit the wall at the end of the season. The odd part is that they're coming around to that now.
