My main goals for the summer is to be able to put up 225 6-10 times. I'm not near that now, but adding 40 pounds in 3 months to my bench doesn't scare me. I'd like to finish my squats at 315, but I don't know about that one quite yet...

Now if only I could dedicate myself to do a proper diet...

Ouch. He just shipped it to my company for a project we're doing for him. I dont think they've worn the orange since he's been a Phin...oh well.

I guess game authentic in the sense that its his game jersey. Cut for him with the modifies sleeves and all that jazz.

on my own just not eating BS and cutting down my huge portions i used to eat.....its all about veggies, brown rice and water now.....plus im working out again finally

I eat fast food everyday and cant put on weight

 

eat a peanut butter sandwich every night RIGHT before you go to bed

 

One of my buddies did that he gained 5 pounds in a week.

Do that or drink a casein protein shake before bed...
