wow sick is up early....

why?

i ****ing blasted my sciatic nerve last night before bed.....had to crawl to my room....and did not sleep for 1 second....literally....i rolled around all night....iam in the process of finding somewhere to go today to get it checked out....er? chiropractor? family doctor? wtf do i do? i have torn my pcl and acl, broken my leg, ribs, hand, fingers and ankle.....and this literally is the worst pain i have ever experienced in my entire life.....

i can barely move and walking is very difficult

 

I have suffered from back pain in the past and I can vouch for how painful it is. I seen a Chiropractor, the family Dr will always say it is the right thing to do (see a specialist). I always think that back pain is Gods way of getting back at men because they don't have babies

Seriously though, you have to make the most of your time when you can move. I had a list of exercises to do when I was mobile. Nothing much, but enough to keep me on my feet. This is why I walk for miles now.

Not much help at the moment I know, but there isn't much I can say to make you feel better right now.

 

yes i agree. i am going to make n appointment at the elite spine center here in charlotte.....god i hope they can do something....or prescribe something haha....this pain is unbearable

 

have a short person jump on ur back.

 

if i fart it hurts.........that would kill me....

Wow 10:51 was the last post in here. Thing must be slow to day.

 

Been there brother, and that is indeed painful and never seems to give up its throbbing pain. It took me nearly 3 weeks to get over completely, and I was out of work for 3 days at the 1st of the attack because of the pain.

 

Hell's bell's. Its only Tues.
