Hello all, I'm a veteran of several message boards including the original TSN boards. I'm some what tired of all the hate directed at the franchise. Obviously things could be better but I prefer a glass is half full approach. I'm looking for a board that's both informative and fair. I'm not a homer by any means but to me football is a party and a much needed break the daily grind. Based on what I've read so far this board looks great. I'm extremely busy so you won't get many novel like post from me except around draft day which is like Christmas for me.
Welcome. I sympathize with your level-headed approach. It's not hate you see; it's frustration. And we certainly don't hate the franchise. On the contrary; we love it. We want to see its greatness restored, and become somewhat frustrated when we see chronic problems not being addressed and management acting as though conventional wisdom did not apply to them. It's more analytical than emotional. Enjoy the board.

Welcome bro. Id concur with Brandon; its pretty much a mixture of glass half full/glass half empty right now regarding the state of the franchise. Im more of a glass half full guy myself but I have no problem saying when the team or in Monday's case, the defense in particular, plays terrible.
And that's what I'm looking for. Not to let the optimist in me take over but Henne's performance overshadows the defensive debacle for me. I have to believe this (putrid defense) was an adoration. I mean we're not the only disappointed fan base. Check out some Falcon's message boards.
