who says they do? its pretty difficult even with immersion to learn a new language. What makes anybody think those who come here aren't trying? And fyi go to a tourist spot in mexico, alot of the natives will speak english as well as spanish so they can communicate with tourists.
big difference between tourist spots (which makes sense) or not being able to get hired when you are perfectly qualified because you dont speak a foreign language......it sucks man
