Actually I did until a few months ago.

I went to a Christmas work potluck thingy.

Someone had brought some potatos au gratin, which is one of my favorite foods. I got their late and no one had touched it so I figured, sweet, more for me.

I slapped a huge helping on my plate and went to dig in.

Only these weren't cheesy potato goodness.

No.

They are cheesy pineapple badness.

And not that I dislike pineapples, but when you expect one thing and get another, it is jarring to say the least.

And now, I don't know what to believe when I see french fries, chips or other potato substances...
