Josh Samuda = Second team for a reason

On the plus side. Jerry/Garner will be back by season start.

Job should have gone to Thomas....but this team is stubborn that he is a tackle.

 

Samuda needs to play every play like the first one. On our first play, he blocked Cushing one on one, drove him about 8 yds downfield and then pancaked him. It was beautiful. Then the next play he gives up a sack to Antonio Smith.

 

Team talked to him about it. Guaranteed.

 

I don't follow any players on Twitter, but seeing Will Davis take responsibility for his in-game mistakes and tweet about how he doesn't take his fans for granted is great and I made an exception. Makes me root for him even more than I was (which was quite a bit).

 

If only we ran the ball every play

 

LOL check out John Joseph playing Wallace with no safety help, MW runs the curl route and Joseph is out in Arlington somewhere....



Ball's halfway to Wallace and the DB is still 8 yards away. That's respect.

 

Whenever Samuda learns to pass block as well as he run blocks, he should be a solid starter for a long time.

 

The flip side of that is, today Will Davis was doing a lot of talking that SEEMED aimed at Josh Samuda. He was talking about how he hates when people take the whole "walk a mile in my shoes" defense because he knows how some people would kill to be able to do what they do, that they're blessed, etc.

It was definitely a roundabout jab at Samuda's twitter rant, which I take it Will Davis knows is being compared/contrasted with his own twitter comments.

So the question is, would you rather have a guy publicly taking jabs at twitter followers who are calling him terrible...or would you rather have a guy that is taking public veiled shots at his own teammates.

Something to ponder.
