IMO, a good move. Leftwitch was playing well, but not well enough. This is a good change for a team that needs to find their Franchise QB. Josh Johnson will start in his place. If he struggles, Freeman should start soon.

Got him and Josh Freeman mixed up. You are correct.

I loved Josh Johnson coming out of the draft. I'm no draftnik, but he's a local kid so I kept hearing about him. Smashed the FCS he was in (he was in a lower division then even Flacco). Totally smashed it. Played well in the east west game, and was good at the combine.

I was mad they were burying him in Tampa, and drafted Freeman. He played well in garbage time on Sunday, with I think a pass sailing through his WR in the end zone. They didn't complete a pass to a WR until he came in.

bro.. this is your thread.. take some pride and put more into it than one sentence. Most don't have a clue what you are talking about. Make a statement and then guide the discussion in the direction you want it to go. :hi5:

he actually looked pretty good when he got in the game and played yesterday. I wish him well, but he is on a bad, bad, bad football team.

Tampa had 86 total yards of offense. How can you say anyone on their offense played well?

It didn't. When they put Johnson in he moved them down the field. I don't think anyone said their offense played well. Johnson didn't even play lights out, but he moved them down the field.

Leftwich was leading an offense that averaged 400ypg and 20.5 per game before this one, so it sounds knee jerk, but this game was really really bad.

has anyone watched the kid? I read reports, but that's all, was on the road so I couldn't watch. I heard he played well considering what Philly was throwing at him.
