Yeah we don't need a WR in round 1. But a Stills replacement to take the top off the defense? He would check that box. a 4.22 40 yd dash. Jesus.
He might be faster than that...He actually had cramps at the end of the run. Imagine if he didn't have the pain... Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
He could have run sub 4.2. He was clocked by one "scout" at 4.16. And he made that look easy. He said he felt the cramp at the starting line but ran anyway! GO DAWGS!!! They could have three first rounders this year. I think Ross just guaranteed himself a top 15 pick, his film is pretty good too. Budda Baker would be the Dawg I'd want for the Phins but if Ross was there...Hell yeah!
Curtis Samuel isn't all that "slower" and imo will be a damn good pro on the right team. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

He had meniscus tears before that and an upcoming labrum surgery. He is also 190 lbs. I'd have concern. But I'd be willing to gamble if I was in the second half of the first round (as we are).
We will see if he can handle the physicality of the NFL... but having watched a lot of Husky football... this guy is no ted ginn jr, hes actually damn good..
Good point. My boy Taylor ran "slow" 4.45, but he runs must faster and looks way smoother in his uniform and route running then he did in his 40 runs.
Dolphins have met with Dede Westbrook, Biletnikoff-winning wide receiver from Oklahoma via Tony Pauline. He has a troubled past and a skinny frame, but he was (obviously) on quite the tear last year. Kenny Stills back-up plan most likely. Dede Westbrook could make it to the 3rd round.
Not sure why they meet with guys that have had troubled pasts. There appear to be so many quality WR's this year without checkered pasts ( at least none that I know of.)
