I don't believe I heard Mel Kiper talking about Jerry falling in the draft because of his Hemorrhoids.
I guess you can say that is something Kiper and Jerry have in common. Jerry has a pain in the a_s from Hemorrhoids and Mel Kiper is a pain in the a_s, so therefore you can call him a Hemorrhoid.
