IDK, I think we might be the 4th or 5th best team in the AFC the way it's currently shaping up.

Can anyone else tell that Steve Young picks out his own suits?

We'll see, we have to take care of the Rams first

All we have to do is win 9 football games. Let the rest of them beat each other up.
But first we have to beat the Rams and get into that needed rest.
Four games after that bye week. Jets, Colts, Titans, Bills. Four conference games.

Man, do I not miss all those crazy substitutions from Sparano's offenses. The wasted timeouts are clearly a result of all this cute garbage he tries. It's complete chaos

That should be a real physical slugfest (and not referring to the points' column).
We're gonna need a bye after that game.

I wonder if it takes a toll on teams in that division with arguably 4 of the toughest 8 defenses in the league in it.

I respect what Rex is saying about "playing to win and asking his players to play to win, which includes himself", especially considering he faced an uphill battle with all the injuries and verse Houston to boot.

I had to laugh when Sanchez was stripped and Lex Hilliard picked it up and made a play.
Didn't we also get a Tebow moment. Clyde Gates goes out with a hand injury running a route.
I was waiting for Pat White to show up and run the pistol.
They are in our rear view mirror folks. The Jets are bad.

Still hoping that first Jets game doesnt come back to haunt us. We shall see, have to beat them the second time, especially since its after the bye week.

What difference a year makes. Not a couple years ago we were all joking about the NFC west being a doormat division.

    Now look at their defenses.

They played Houston tough. But it's the same 2-3 in the end.

What I'm still trying to figure out is whatever possessed Tannenbaum to cause him to hire Sparano.

Without Santonio Holmes or Revis I think they have little chance of beating us to be honest. Without Holmes in the first game it probably wouldn't have been so close.
