The Associated Press reports New York Jets S Abram Elam's older brother, Donald Elam, was fatally shot Friday, May 9. He is the third sibling in the family to die by gunfire since 1987. The Palm Beach Post reported that Abram Elam's brother, Donald Runner, was fatally shot in 1987 and his sister, Cristina Elam, was shot in 1999. damn... 3rd sibling to be shot since 1997??? Thats rough... I couldnt even imagine how awful the parents must feel to loose three children. Jeez... thoughts and prayers go out to them .
Very sorry to hear. 3rd member since 97 is a bit scary, maybe they should consider changing their location. Whatever they do, I wish them the best. My thoughts and prayers go out to the Elam famly.
Riviera Beach is not a nice place. And, though presumptuous of me, you could speculate that they might get themselves mixed up in things. Abe also had his problems (and conviction) at Notre Dame. There was quite an outcry when Saban signed him here.
