100% correct. The fact that most refs don't enforce that rule doesn't mean it's "legal" to stand where they were standing. Now, if people are willing to get out of the way of a player I see no reason to uphold that "rule". However, when playing a team as classless as the Jests the league may have to look into that rule and start advising their ref's to enforce it from here on out. Douchbags always ruin it for everyone.
