This is a very good read of how the Wildcat works as a formation, and what we might expect from the Jets as they attempt to stop it on Monday night. A lot more, including some good videos and play diagrams, can be found here. (By the way, I disagree with the summation at the end of the article. I think Miami has the personnel to match up against the Jets. To put it another way, the Jets do not have the same athletes, particularly at OLB, as the Ravens.)
This guy always has great articles. I think his site is a must read for football fans. http://smartfootball.com/
The problem for the Jets is that to stop the Wildcat, you have to pretty good at stopping the run to begin with, and they're only in the middle of the pack (13th, with a 4.2 ypa average). Contrast that with last year's Ravens, who were 3rd in the league against the run.
