Press release via Panthers GM SICK Panda: We are very pleased to bring Jay Gruden onboard as our HC. He was/is a very hot candidate in the league ranks, and has had much success grooming young QB Andy Dalton. Bringing him on to help Cam grow, and lead our men, made him our top choice. Pat Shurmur brings tons of coaching experience, and we are happy to have him running our offense. Keeping Sean Mcdermott on our Defensive staff will keep stability where it's needed.
