Diet ricky williams. dude is a beast. ive never been more happy to admit I was a ****ing idiot to doubt him. wrong wrong wrong.
epic performance. we dont win today without him. what was also great is it looks like drake has finally arrived. think we'll be seeing more drake from here on out 5-10 carries
The south beach version of thunder and lightning? Drake provides and amazing change of pace for us. We should be using him more than he has been this far. Give defenses more to look at and helps to keep Ajayi a little fresher for his fourth quarter onslaughts.
That's a good idea especially in the playoffs. Keep Ajayi fresh and we win dominate the 4th quarter. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
Remember when we were all enraged with letting Miller walk for this future bust? ...or was that just me?
Me too. I've been eating second-helpings of Crow all year long with this team; ever since about week 6 or so.
I am one of those. With Miller we don't start 1-4. We win Seattle and probably NE with Miller. Which puts us into a fight for first in the AFCE With Miller I feel a lot better about our depth in case of RB injury. With Miller we could have spent high draft picks on LBs instead of Kenyan Drake and/or Leonte Carroo. I wasn't worried so much about the RB situation, it was more about creating a need to spend resources on in the draft on RBs when there were other more serious needs. I did think Ajayi would be good, but he didn't show us much beastliness last year. Although I put that down more to last years coaching staff than the ability of the players.
Can't help the "I told you so" eh? I personally thought the Jills would do much better against the run than they did, glad to be wrong. It was nothing to do with not having faith in Ajayi, it was because the blueprint had been laid out by several teams prior to this game. I gave the Ryan brothers too much credit it would seem. I get my share of correct predictions...and I get my share of misses...just like everybody else.
What amazes me about Ajayi is after his long run in overtime, he didn't even signal to come out of the game. I see a lot of other runners tap out after a huge run, but not Ajayi. The dude stayed in a got us some more yards to make the FG a lot closer. He willed us to victory! Love his attitude. Love his tenacity! He's a beast!
Jay is the second biggest reason we have turned this season around (Obv Gase #1) his effort on each run is inspiring, he doesn't quit and the team seems to have taken on that mentality.
Sure, we all do. It just bothered me that a new poster showed up and started trying to sling football terminology....and a few folks took that as concrete proof that we wouldn't be able to run the ball. His statements were ridiculous.
Given how we had run against a couple teams recently, it wasn't exactly crazy to think Buffalo would shut it down. Hoops is getting alot of hate simply because he likes Tannehill.
When I see someone trying to sound smart by making things up and only addressing 1/2 of the equation, I call BS every time. And despite how good/bad our run game was in recent weeks, the Bills haven't stopped the run at all this year. It was our obvious path to victory. And since I was the only one who directly called him out, I can assure you that it had nothing to do with Tannehill.
Hilarious considering the silly attempt you made with the Matt Moore BS thread. So many adgendas. Try to enjoy the ride and spare us the useless BS.
You should be sorry, it's too bad your looking hard for excuses instead of giving Ajayi props for clearly being the better RB. It's a shame everyone is stuck on their agendas. Miller was the lead back week 1 and has less of everything behind a far better Oline. Be thankful, not bitter.
I am enjoying the ride...not sure where the agenda is in being happy we ran well yesterday or having Moore play decent.
Man who cares who was right or wrong when it goes the right way. I thought Miami had almost no shot against Buffalo. Boy am I glad to be wrong today.
