Pretty good submission guy too. Not great standup, but really solid all around and always in shape. UFC basically traded 40-yr old Dan Henderson for 31-yr old Jake Shields, with Sheilds dominating Henderson head-to-head. I am not a fan of this guy at all, but you cannot deny how good he has been. His competition will now be elevated and will be fun to watch.
