Hadn't seen this posted anywhere, but Jake ranked 28th overall in the Top 100 Players on NFL Network. I couldn't find the video on NFL.com but here's the clip from Youtube, presented by of all Dolphins, Channing Crowder. Enjoy.

You may have to adjust your volume as there's some slight background noise.

I wish we had 53 Bart Starrs.

That would be a very old team.

If he played as well as he talked Channing would be a 1st team All Pro every year.

You mean a QB who played when the forward pass wasn't that important on some of the most stacked teams in NFL History?

The Packers of Bart's era, were a prime example of running to set up the pass. He often threw to wide open receivers after the run game had pounded the opposition into virtual submission for play after play. The mid 60s Packers offense wasn't much different than the 72 Dolphins in that regard.

You know what I mean.

The forward pass has always been important since its introduction. Furthermore, Starr is arguably the best playoff QB in NFL history.

Alternatively, I'd take a team of 53 Drew Breeses.

Yup...very different times. 7 years before that man threw more TD's then INT's.
