Seems people were more pumped for the last game. Maybe cause it was also MNF, and this one is so soon after it, only 1 game between it. And Halloween is the day before so people have that coming up too. I'm more excited for the game though. You know JT is! He forced a couple fumbles on Drew Brees, so if he can get to Sanchez it should happen some more. Dolphins are trying to make it 3 in a row vs the Jets and 3-0 in the division for 2009. Hopefully they come out with the same firepower that they did vs the Saints, and play the entire game this time. We're not facing the best team in the NFL this week though so it should be easier to hold a lead or make a comeback. The Dolphins have scored 30+ points the past three games, hopefully they keep that going. Let's hope the players aren't rattled by that Saints comeback. They've bounced back before.
I honestly don't know what to make of this game. When we played the Jets last, they were coming off a tough loss and us an blowout win. Now the roles are nearly indentically reversed. Hopefully it's not a let down game.
Yeah, I've put the Saints loss behind me. Well, not really. But time to move on I suppose. Time to focus on the Jests. Hopin' our boys are up for the challenge. The secondary will be tested for sure, so we need to put the same kind of pressure on Dirty Sanchez we did on Brees (well, for the first half anyway . We need to get in Sanchez' head early, and force him to make some bad decisions and throws. See if we can get another 5 pick performance out of the rook. Yeah, I'm ready. Let's turn this thing around, and put a serious hurtin' on the Jests. Go Phins!
Hopefully JT gets 2 sacks, would put him at #10 on the all time leaders list as well as rattle the rookie. Looks to be 55 degrees and rainy on Sunday.
question. i dont get the division record vs. overall record. Can you have a better div. record than overall and still win your division? or is the division record only for tie breakers. has that ever happened?
Not sure if this is a serious question, but in case it is Division record is only good for tie-breakers
HAHA, no it was serious. I just felt like Smalls from the movie the Sandlot......THE GREAT HAMBINO!!!!! Shoot me. Thanks, Orlando's Dumbest fan
Hey Roman, long time no see, hear your getting pelted by snow today! This game has me worried, don't know why, but its going to be a 15 rounder
I have faith that our offense will do even better this game than last. Kris Jenkins not being there is HUGE. Of course, I worry about the ability of our run defense to stop them, too. New Orleans was pretty much running at will in the second half... Shonn Greene could seriously test us.
if we lose this game......im sleeping for 6 straight days.......make that 8 days.....cause a week later we play in new england
I'm just so sick and tired of listening to Ryans nonsense comments. I am so glad this buffoon is not our coach. Throw Calvin Pace and Bart Scott in to that mix as well. If they only knew how foolish they sound with their comments. Please shut your pie-holes! I really hope we kick their a$$e$!
This game is our season. We win and the schedule sets up very nicely for us. We lose and IMO we're out of it.
