So we dominated for almost 5 decades, and started dropping off with Marino's exit. Pretty cool perspective if you think about it- the league feared Miami for around 50 of the 74 years.
As I noticed, the drop off didn't start happening until 2003...around the end of the Wannstedt era I believe
I just looked at that video again. Pay attention to the Steelers as well...how the go from the bottom to near the top in like 10/11 years. Also, pause it at 1985 and look at the top four teams are. What did they all have in common?
