I take issue with acting like you're almighty. Refer to my earlier post. I called the coverage a bad call and Jason Allen a bad player. But if you feel understanding the coverage call makes you superior to people who don't then I'm so sorry to hear that. I honestly wonder if you engage in social experiences in your daily life. I'm pretty sure in a chosen field, someone else on this board could make you look like a dunce but who cares? There's a reason why not all of your posts are responded to. Hell, I'm 18 and seem to know more about respectful debate than you. Unless you're 16 and still haven't figured out how to respond without insulting people. I don't envy someone who has to insult someone to get a point across. If you have to, you may be at the intelligence level you portray your subject to be.

What does ANYTHING you have said have to to with my response? Last time I checked this thread, I didn't respond to YOU. You responded to something that I said to someone else. I guess YOU must have been the one "nut hugging Jason Allen". I'm sorry about that. I didn't know you were a nut hugger.

Understanding a coverage? Superior? I simply said someone was wrong. Obviously that is what got your panties in a wad. I just wish you would have quoted THAT instead of the "nut hugging" reference. Then I would not be confused as to if you are defensing "nut hugging" or the fact that someone was completely wrong in what they stated.

Well congratulations. You have youth on your side but I think you need to realize something about people. Just because they have a character representing them on your XBOX doesn't mean that they are not people. Jason Allen is a person. Is he not due some sort of caution when one speaks about him?

Their defense hasn't been great. And Sanchez has been only a little bit better than Henne. If they don't improve before the playoffs I don't think they will last long.

THAT's what's wrong with this site - not any one opinion or another ABOUT WHAT THE SITE IS MEANT FOR.

 

He basically compared the people who didn't understand it was a bad call with a cartoon dog who I suspect is mentally handicapped. Zod just has this thing where he acts condescending to anyone he feels doesn't meet his standard of football knowledge. I'm not sure how many times it can get one laid but it certainly isn't the right way to address your peers on a forum. If he wanted to debate, he could. But he wants to show people up. What is lost is that I agree with his assessment. I just don't think that gives him high ground to be a 'jerk' for lack of a better non-point getting word. The guy does it ALL THE TIME. No matter the thread, if he's making a point, he has to denigrate his audience as well.

They definitely need to address their defensive problems. But I disagree about the offense. They average 23.8 ppg, good for 11th in the NFL.

The offense as a whole has been good. But that seems to be in large part to the running game. You guys are 2nd in rushing attempts, 4th in rushing yards and 9th in yards per rush. The passing game is about average: 16th in attempts, 17th in yardage, and 19th in net yards per attempt.

Sanchez is doing a good job of not turning the ball over and making big plays. And considering its only his second year I think we can give him a bit of a break for his completion % and YPA not being higher.

If the defense improves and the running game stays this good Sanchez may not have to play great for the Jets to make another run.

 

You will have to excuse me. I sometimes forget that not everyone had four channels of TV (including PBS) as a child. The dog is not mentally handicapped.

And you have unsuccessfully attempted to link my first post with my second post. Threads have the tendancy to ramble just as this one has done. The first post was specific as to fault in a coverage. The second post was about the nature of people in general. I think the dog (or 20 more years on this earth) will tell you the rest.

I suppose there is at least one member that has figured me out. You are far from it. I take the minority view on alot of issues for a purpose.

After about the 1000th occurence of this event, you will not find that it such a big deal. But since you have mention the event TWICE in this thread, I think someone should inform you that there are nothing but dudes here. And if that excites you then you have more issues than me with which to have concern.

I'm sorry that you feel this way but I will tell you the TWO ways that I converse. The first is a long drawn out adventure that always seems to start at the "Big Bang". A couple million years later I get to the point. The other way is how friends have told me to speak - "Get to the point." The point doesn't always come out with "nice" as the central focus. So what do you want? The point? Or the Big Bang theory?

And this is what makes me think that at some point I probably had a correction for YOU. I mean why else would you notice me? I could not place you in a single conversation before this one and for now you have earned "the whiner" in my book.
