    I'll ask the difficult question!

What will happen on this board if Jax (with Henne) comes in and beats Miami (with Tannehill?)

With what has been happening lately, I would think this board (Let alone the other more 'volatile' boards) might just implode.

I would hope that calmer heads might prevail! But, then again...

The Fireland brigade will have more ammunition and those who do not readily agree might have to dig cyber fallout shelters!

Or retire to the Patheos site for football junkies and hire some guru to bring peace to the kingdom!

Is Henne a free agent after this year?

Maybe the ghost of Christmas past can compete with the Ghost of Christmas future for the starting QB spot next year, just to bring the circle of life to a close.

If Henne comes in and beats us we should be humiliated as an organization, and certain people should just be relieved of their duties.

What will happen? Some of us would be disgusted that the team we love lost to one of, if not the worst team in the league piloted by a QB we discarded last season.

Others would continue to defend the man responsible for building this mess.

In other words, business as usual.

Big picture, it may be better to lose anyway RR.

At this point, we have very very little shot at the playoffs.

Was never a "Suck for Luck" guy, but do believe we simply have to grab some elite type playmakers especially on Defense

If he scores on a qb draw to win the game then points to his head I'll spontaneously combust.

Well I can assure you one thing: the "Fireland brigade" will consider a win by Tannehill over Henne to mean little or nothing about Ireland, whereas a win by Henne over Tannehill will mean a whole lot.

You are right. You know why?
Because a team heading in the right direction shouldnt be losing to worst team in football at home.

The Jaguars don't have a run game anymore, if our defense can't stop their inept one dimensional offense then people deserve to complain and moan about everything related to the organization.

I don't root against my team. I want to win every single week.

With that said, a loss on Sunday provides the wake-up call to Ross that most of us have been waiting years for.

    people will flip their ****.
swear they knew it would happen, even though at one time they called for henne to be let go.
    anarchy will ensue.
either way people will use it to bolster their egos.
all will be right with the world.

This game has no bearing on my opinion of Ireland. Marshall and Davis were replaced with absolutely nothing. The team was extremely undermanned at the skilled positions last year and somehow got worse. Now you want to add a rookie QB with 19 college starts to the mix? As Joe Philbin says "it's not a recipe for success". Ireland tanked this season and I'm done with him.

    Here and there
I wanna see an offesnive explosion the likes of nothing ever scene on the planet we call Earth...two QBs dualing it out for ThePhins.com Pissfest trophy..

    Henne
    50/56 635 yards 8Tds
4 runs for 45 yards and TD

    THill
    50/56 635 yards 8Tds
4 runs for 45 yards and TD

The game goes to OT where Jax fumbles the ball on the one its picked up by Starks ran to the Jax one where he fumbles the ball, It's picked up by Dan Marino, Dan runs it to the 50 but John madden pops off the sidelines and squirts Tough actin tinactin in Marinos eyes and Yells "BRETT FARVE I LOVE YOU" Bett who was busy texting pics of his ***** to Suzy Colburn jumps out grabs the ball and throws it up for grabs straight in the air where Jay Fiedler catches it, Jay doesn't remember which team he plays for so he screams like a ***** and throws the ball back up where Thill and Henne fall on it, in the scrum Henne pulls out a 9m and shoots at Thill, but Hennes accuracy is bad and he hits Don Shula in the steakhouse dropping the coach killing him (memorial services to follow) Thill grabs the ball but because he only started 19 games in college he panics throws the ball down the field hitting Dave Wannstedt in the mustache who was screaming at Jay Fiedler threatening to replace him with Bob Griese who was watcing the game from Shulas steakhouse and was too drunk to to notice that Coach Shula was down and Csonka was given mouth to mouth. mean while the ball hits Tony Sparano in the wildcat and rolls out of bounds ending the game in a 63-63 tie

And that folks is how Jefff Ireland became GM of the year

I truly don't know how they find the energy and inspiration at home to win a football game..

Players are on the record saying that they were down when they came out of the tunnel against the titans...well guys, all I can tell you for this one, is suck it and stop being a pu##y.

I've spoken to a lot of people in the music business, I've always heard one main constant, playing in an intimate arena always brings out their best, when the fans are far away it's just not the same, the energy isn't there..

Football players, rock stars, arenas, it's all the same..

I think this sums it up:

But seriously, it's probably going to happen. Its just the luck of the Miami Dolphins. Let a player go that weve given up on, and he comes back to torch us. This board will go insane, and rightfully so, if we loose to Jacksonville... wow, its just sad.

Luck has nothing to do with it. It's just plain ineptitude from the top down. We haven't had a competent front office since the early 90s.
