Someone brought up PFT, PFT didn't report Cameron was to be fired.. they reported that a tipster told them Cameron would be fired today, the same person who said Ireland would have been hired. Sounds to me like some Joe Schmo told them that, when everyone around here knew Ireland would be hired today.

 

i like Cam, but he doesnt show any enthusiasm (except when we won). but if we make a bad play, get a bad penalty called on us, a TD against us, etc....u seem him with a blank look on his face.

as much as people hated Saban, at least he had a personality.

This team was one SHANKED field goal away from 0-16.
Cameron looked lost all season long, and he did not correct the basic game / clock management issues that plagued this team all season. Cameron seems like a nice guy, but I think his bust will be placed right next to Rich Kotitie as one of the worst coaches in league history

I would never bet a fellow Dolphin fan over something like this. While we all may disagree about the method in doing so, I know we all share the same dreams- The Lombardi trophy in Miami once again. If Beck is the answer, tell me why he couldn't succeed in any situation? Only one year under Cam, a great QB does not make. Beck wasn't in Cam's system at BYU and he was successful. I think having better personel would make for just as much success as having Cam around.

I think Cam is in way over his head. I think he is a nice, decent person, but not a leader. I think he didn't trust the right players or use good clock management in many games. If he is retained, I, of course, will support him. I believe that after eight games seeing him LIVE that I'd prefer not to see the deer-in-the-headlights look. I do respect how he handled the press and didn't make excuses. I do realize that change is good, yet constant change is chaotic. I think this is a time for a change, as his lackluster appeal and playcalling did nothing for me as a season ticket holder to see hope for positive continuity.

thank you! I was upstairs at Wembley, and no one knew it in my section. Not many knew much about American football, but they were sports fans who cheered good plays by either team. I had a great time.

Let's fire Cam and hire some poor bum that will do just as bad. Then next year we can call for his head and beg for Cohwer. I'm sure lots of candidates will jump at the chance. Nothing instills confidence and stability than changing coaches every year.

 

He needed to implement his system, you know if you hire an OC your first year, they're probably not going to want to do things your way, they're going to want to do it theirs. Cameron probably had someone already on the staff in mind that he was going to groom. Just my guess...
